reducing operational expenses and emissions by
effectively conserving energy.

Over 35 years of experience with emphasis in the sales, engineering, design, project/construction
management and implementation of HVAC and facility automation systems. Fifteen years of concurrent
experience in HVAC and automation system analysis, design review, M&V, commissioning, and automation
system construction litigation and expert witness services. Designed and managed construction of
regional, state, city, and individual facility automation system projects.
Doug Eisenhour, Principal
Thirty-five years of experience in facilities management, production equipment control design, energy
management system design, specification development, construction management and commissioning, chiller
plant diagnostics and analysis, thermal energy storage and HVAC equipment evaluation in single- and
multiple-facility environments. Developed M&V methodologies specific to project needs. Evaluated HVAC
system design and operation functionality at numerous facilities and campuses resulting in improved
energy efficiency. Developed and implemented improved central plant efficiencies. Trained operators in
plant efficiency strategies.
Brian Kowalski, MSME, C.E.M., Energy Engineer
Brian Kowalski has more than 30 years experience in HVAC analysis and design, energy retrofits, electric
utility consulting, and industrial process energy-efficiency consulting. He has developed and supervised
construction for energy, process, and facility upgrade projects ranging from small, targeted upgrades to
large retrofit and construction projects with construction costs exceeding 21 million dollars.
